How does your service work?

Step 1: Choose the type of service that you are interested in.

Step 2: Once you have placed your order, simply choose your prefered time frame and delivery destination.

Where does Daily Delivery go?

Currently Daily Delivery delivers to Vancouver, including the areas of: West End, Gastown, Yaletown, Coal Harbour, and Chinatown. However, as we have an ambitious plan to expand and cover more ground, you don’t need to worry about not having access to our services. So those of you who live in less condensed regions such as North/West Vancouver, Kitsilano, Shaughnessy, West Point Grey, and UBC area can keep an eye open for us because we'll be there soon.

Will you deliver to business addresses as well?

Absolutely,Yes! Whether it is your personal items, office supply, or work related products such as daily catering, we would be more than happy to provide you with our delivery services.

Is the delivery person’s tip included in my bill?

Following our cultural norm of generosity, we do not charge any delivery gratuity on behalf of our delivery team. But be sure that if you do decide to tip, your delivery person would greatly appreciate your generosity.

What should I do if an item of my choice is not offered on your website?

In case you had problem finding the item you are looking for, you can always phone in or email us at and request the specific item(s) you would like to order. We will do our best to add the requested item(s) to our collection as soon as possible. Alternatively, if you would like to see whether if we can offer the item on your delivery or not, you can contact us by phone at 604-227-2699 and we will try our best to accommodate you.

What if my delivery doesn't arrive in my preferred time frame?

We strive to be punctual, but in the rare event of our delivery driver running late, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you do not hear from us, please give us a call at 604-227-2699.

What if you forget an item in my order?

If something is missing from your delivery, please let us know by contacting our customer service at 604-227-2699, and we will try our best to accommodate you by all means necessary.

How long does it take to have my order delivered?

This mainly depends on the type of services that you are choosing. Having chosen our “RUSH” delivery service, we would do our best to deliver your order ASAP. However, if you decide to make plans in advance and place your order ahead of time you can choose our “SMART” delivery service. By doing so, you would be able to receive your delivery order within your prefered time frame.

*Please Note: With alcohol purchases, you will need to be 19+ and home at the time of delivery to show 2 pieces of government ID (1 photo ID).

Do I have to show any ID upon my delivery?

For your first order, we will ask you to provide a piece of photo ID in order to verify the name on your personal account. After that, we will keep a record of it in our system.

However, if you order alcohol or tobacco , you will need to provide us with 2 pieces of ID upon receiving each delivery.

How do I get a receipt for my order?

We will email you a receipt as soon as you place your order. As well, we will give you a printed copy when we arrive at the door with your delivery. We do pride ourselves on being an environmentally friendly company, so if you would like to save the trees as well, just let us know in your comments at the end of the order that you do not require a print out of your receipt.

What should I do if I want to change my delivery or cancel my order?

Or you can contact us via phone at 604-227-2699 and we will do our best to accommodate you given that we have not yet processed your order. If something does come up the same day, please let us know asap and we will try to arrange a different time to deliver your order.

Can you deliver my prescription?

Fortunately, YES ! All you need to do is to grant permission to your pharmacist/pharmacy, and we’ll pick up your prescriptions once they are ready.

Is my information safe on your website?

Yes indeed. We use the same level of encryption that any of the big name companies such as Apple, Sony and so on use. We also have the seal of security at the bottom of our page so you always know that your information is safe with us.
